25+ years callingMeet Tonya
I’m a REALTOR®, a long-time West Lincoln resident and someone who believes honest advice is more useful than a polished sales pitch.
I help people make sense of buying, selling and the transitions around them—with local knowledge, clear communication and genuine care for what the decision means in real life.
Let's talkMy story
I was born in Northern Ontario and grew up in Hamilton. When I became a parent, I chose to move to West Lincoln.
At first, it was a decision for my family. Over time, it became something deeper: the place where we built routines, relationships and a life. More than 25 years later, West Lincoln is still where I live, work and call home.
That history gives me a grounded view of the communities I serve. I understand why location is never just a pin on a map—it is the drive to school, the local trail you use on Sunday, the neighbour who waves and whether everyday life feels right.
How I work
What you can expect is simple: thoughtful preparation, straightforward advice and support that fits the person—not just the transaction.
Your priorities, concerns and timing shape the strategy. The first job is to understand them.
Clear context helps you make a confident decision. You should never feel pushed past a question.
If something concerns me, I’ll say so. If an option deserves a closer look, I’ll explain why.
Consistent communication matters—especially when plans change or the market moves quickly.

Why I do this
A first home. More room for a growing family. Less house after the kids leave. An estate that needs care. A new investment. A difficult change or an exciting one.
Real estate often arrives alongside a major life transition. I value being the person who can bring calm, information and steady support to that moment. The paperwork matters. The negotiation matters. But so does how you feel while we get there.
A little more about me
Outside real estate, I’m drawn to the things that make a community feel like home: local businesses, getting outside, good food, useful ideas and the everyday rituals people build around where they live.
That’s the spirit behind From the Kowch—a place to share local finds, practical resources and the occasional recipe or home idea that is actually worth your time.
